The Friends of St. Croix East End Marine Park is a non-profit which supports the territory of the US Virgin Islands in managing the East End Marine Park through a variety of programs, volunteer opportunities and community engagement.

Other Protected Areas on STX

The East End Marine Park is part of a complex of protected areas on the east end of St. Croix which represents a unique collaboration between three types of partners: federal and local government and non-governmental organizations:

Green Cay

Green Cay National Wildlife Refuge is closed to the public and protected by the US Fish & Wildlife Service.

The National Park Service manages Buck Island and its waters.

Southgate

Southgate is a reserve owned by St. Croix Environmental Association, accessible to the public.

Jack & Isaac Bays

The Nature Conservancy owns and manages lands near Jack and Isaac Bays, which they generously make accessible to the public.

Sandy Point

The US Fish & Wildlife Service also manages Sandy Point National Wildlife Refuge on the West End of St. Croix.

National Park Service manages Salt River National Historical Park and Ecological Preserve.
